During your session, a trained laser technician/nurse will apply a cooling gel and use a handheld device to deliver targeted light energy to your skin. Most patients describe the sensation as a gentle snap or warmth, but very tolerable without topical numbing. Each treatment typically lasts 30-60 minutes, depending on the areas being addressed. edures take 15-20 minutes, depending on the size of the area being treated.Â
Post-treatment, you may experience mild redness or swelling, similar to a mild sunburn, which usually subsides within a few hours. It may feel like a windburn for a few days. Post-procedure skin care I’ll be recommended by our skin care professionals to ensure postcare compliance and optimal results. You can apply makeup the next day after treatment. It is essential to protect your skin from the sun and follow our aftercare instructions to maximize results. Results are typically evaluated in about 30 days.
​This is a non-invasive procedure with generally no downtime. In most cases, you are able to return to work and resume most activities immediately after the treatment.
