Experienced RN Aesthetic Injector 

This role is ideal for a skilled, growth-driven injector who values natural results, patient relationships, and long-term career development.

Responsibilities

  • Administer cosmetic injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • Conduct thorough consultations and create custom treatment plans
  • Educate patients on pre/post-care and treatment options
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charting
  • Collaborate with our team to support clinic goals and patient satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Active RN license in Oklahoma
  • Minimum 1-year injectable experience required

Patient Experience Coordinator

This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, outgoing team member who can manage scheduling, communication, and the overall patient journey while creating a warm, elevated experience.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact for our patients, the Patient Experience Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the Elysian Experience from the very first interaction.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in customer service who naturally creates a warm, polished, and welcoming environment while managing multiple responsibilities with ease.

We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, stays calm under pressure, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint. This is not an entry-level or transitional role—we are seeking someone who is looking for a place to truly belong and grow with our team long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly, polished, and professional presence
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly and courteously
  • Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated front desk environment
  • Collect and update patient information accurately and confidentially
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
  • Support patient communication, follow-ups, and overall experience
  • Assist with marketing efforts and light social media engagement as needed
  • Handle patient concerns with empathy, professionalism, and confidence

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required (luxury, hospitality, medical, or service-based industries preferred).
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of professionalism
  • Comfortable with computers, scheduling systems, and technology
  • Social media familiarity is a plus

LPN/Medical Assistant

This role is ideal for a motivated medical professional with experience in IV therapy (LPN only), phlebotomy, EKGs, and medication administration who is excited to expand their skillset in the aesthetics and wellness space. You will support our providers clinically while also playing an important role in patient education, experience, and overall clinic flow.

We are willing to train the right candidate — but this is not an entry-level mindset position. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering an elevated patient experience. This role requires flexibility, initiative, and a genuine interest in growing with our practice long term.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform IV therapy (LPN only) and vitamin/medication injections
  • Conduct EKGs and phlebotomy for wellness and BHRT patients
  • Assist during medical and aesthetic procedures (tox, fillers, lasers, etc.)
  • Prepare and restock treatment rooms
  • Manage medication inventory and product organization
  • Support patient intake, education, and follow-up
  • Assist with EMR/chart documentation
  • Contribute to social media and content creation efforts
  • Float between front desk and back office responsibilities as needed to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a boutique setting
  • Maintain HIPAA compliance and uphold patient confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with IVs (LPN only), injections, EKGs, and phlebotomy
  • Familiarity with EMR systems and clinical charting
